Abstract

¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸´Â ÁßȯÀÚ½Ç °£È£»ç°¡ ÀÎÁöÇÏ´Â °£È£»ç-ÀÇ»ç Çù·ÂÀÌ °£È£¾÷¹«¼º°ú¿Í Á¶Á÷¸ôÀÔ¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâÀ» ÆľÇÇϱâ À§ÇÑ ¼­¼úÀû Á¶»ç¿¬±¸ÀÌ´Ù.

°á·Ð: ÁßȯÀÚ½Ç °£È£»çÀÇ °£È£¾÷¹«¼º°ú¿Í Á¶Á÷¸ôÀÔÀ» ³ôÀ̱â À§Çؼ­´Â °£È£»ç¿Í ÀÇ»ç °£ÀÇ È¯ÀÚ Á¤º¸°øÀ¯°¡ È°¹ßÇÏ°Ô ÀÌ·ç¾îÁö°í, °£È£»ç¿Í ÀÇ»ç °£ÀÇ »óÈ£Á¸ÁßÀÇ Àΰ£°ü°è ÁõÁøÀÌ Çâ»óµÉ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â Çù·ÂÀûÀÎ Á÷¹«È¯°æÀ» Á¶¼ºÇÏ¿©¾ß Çϸç, Á¶Á÷ÀûÀÎ Â÷¿ø¿¡¼­ °£È£»ç-ÀÇ»ç Çù·Â ¼öÁØÀ» ³ôÀÌ´Â Æ÷°ýÀûÀÌ°í ±¸Ã¼ÀûÀÎ ¹æ¾ÈÀ» ¸ð»öÇÏ¿©¾ß ÇÒ ÇÊ¿ä°¡ ÀÖ´Ù.

Purpose: This study was done to identify the effects of nurse-physician collaboration on nursing performance andorganizational commitment in intensive care unit (ICU) nurses.

Methods: A cross-sectional survey was used and datawere collected from 203 ICU nurses working in two advanced general hospitals and two general hospitals. Data wereanalyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe? test, Pearson correlation coefficientsand Hierarchical multiple regression with SPSSWIN 23.0 program.
Results: The sub-domains of nursephysiciancollaboration were as follows: 3.77¡¾0.51 for sharing of patient information, 3.36¡¾0.65 for decision-makingprocess on the cure or care, and 3.20¡¾0.72 for relationship between nurse and physician. Nurse-physician collaborationwas significantly positively correlated with nursing performance and organizational commitment. Regressionanalysis showed that nurse-physician collaboration explained an additional 24.9%p of nursing performance and anadditional 13.4%p of organizational commitment. 'Sharing of patient information' and 'Relationship between nurse andphysician' were significant predictors of nursing performance. ¡®Relationship between nurse and physician¡¯ was asignificant predictor of organizational commitment.

Conclusion: These results provide evidence that the collaborationbetween nurses and physicians should be enhanced in terms of sharing patient information and mutual respect, toimprove nursing performance and organizational commitment of ICU nurses.
